janarae added a text contribution "The Greatest Commandment" in the NT - My Life Purpose cont.This is just one version of the greatest commandments found in the new testament. Absolutely vital eye-opening verses to live by in my opinion. I also love that Jesus has so influenced all of culture - even in this day and age. I don't know about you, but I learned about the greatest commandment in church; and then I learned about it again in public school by a different name - "the golden rule". janarae added a text contribution "The Greatest Commandment" in the OT - My Life PurposeThis is one version of "The Greatest Commandment" that can be found in the Old Testament (especially familiar is10:12 "serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul").
