The thing about manna is that it's best eaten when its FRESH. (2)Back in Jesus' day, the main thing kids learned in school was the Torah, and they would learn it by writing on slates (like chalkboards.) Sometimes when they came into school in the morning, they would find the slates covered in honey, which was a delicacy to them, like candy.
