    Matthew 18:18 "whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven..." This scripture calls on his disciples to remember Jesus teaching His 12 disciples to pray. The English translation of this verse muddles the actual meaning of this scripture. the Hebrew word which is reflected in the amplified version a bit says "what is already" not "shall be".
