Titus v.15-16

Paul then explains why lukewarm Christians are so bad; they call themselves Christians but conform to the world just as a non-Christian does.

Titus v.13-14

Paul then instructs Titus to do his absolute best to convert the lukewarm Christians because they are worse than sinners that don't know the Word.

It then goes on to say why lukewarm Christians are so bad; they are money-hungry.

Titus explains why one of God's leaders must be so powerful; evil has such a hold on society and over many people all over the world including some Christians.

Paul then lists the attributes a leader should have and the kind of grasp over the gospel that he/she must have to be able to serve God in such a powerful way.

Paul says to make sure the people Titus thinks might make suitable leaders are absolutely 100% qualified to lead.

Paul is directing Titus to make sure and follow the advice Paul gave him by appointing several leaders to each town in Titus's area.

Paul is writing to Titus now to tell him to tell him to make sure and not waste any spiritual gift, opportunity to witness, or blessing that God and Jesus may give him.

Paul references the Great Commission when he says God entrusted him with his Message.
