    Don't become a leader/teacher! We are held to a higher standard. The higher you climb up the leadership ladder the less room there is for falling out of line.     We receive so much praise as ministers. And much criticism, too. But it's the praise that catches us. And though I always attempt to redirect it, to the team, to the Lord, I confess that I never stop hoping for it. Wanting to be appreciated, especially by men, may be natural.
