  6 Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses. God shows us in this verse in Proverbs 27 that the devil doesn't win people over with intimidation, but yet love, weird huh? The devil will do anything to get you away from God, that's why Christians sometimes have it harder than those who aren't believers. We fight a spiritual war.   This verse is so true. When we hope, were wanting something we don't already have in our hands. But we hope because we want something that we see but isn't ours. I love how it compares our hope to God. Saying that because we cannot see God we have hope because hes shown us hes there without sight. Its saying why should you have to see God?
