6 Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses. God shows us in this verse in Proverbs 27 that the devil doesn't win people over with intimidation, but yet love, weird huh? The devil will do anything to get you away from God, that's why Christians sometimes have it harder than those who aren't believers. We fight a spiritual war. This verse is so true. When we hope, were wanting something we don't already have in our hands. But we hope because we want something that we see but isn't ours. I love how it compares our hope to God. Saying that because we cannot see God we have hope because hes shown us hes there without sight. Its saying why should you have to see God? Just recently I decided to get a tattoo, but my heart was in the right place as it always has been on this matter. I didnt just want a tattoo to be cool, or to have some cool pictures on my body, no I wanted something that will show me that God will never leave me, that on my body I would have to read everyday and remind myself God will always be there. Pride before the fall * Proverbs 3:5-12 In these verses, God uses all of the things that are in our walk of life, and tells us that if we just trust in him, then he will make our paths much easier.
