The "Certification" is the seal that is placed upon in object to "secure," "authenticate," a truth. To accept Jesus is to verify the very Person and truth of God. Can one therefore believe in God and not believe in His Anointed One? I guess not. Whereas, the Spirit was "measured" upon the "other" prophets, the Spirit is given without measure to Jesus.
