    Jesus’ skeptics challenge him to show a sign that proves the miracles he does are of God. They can see what Jesus does, but they doubt that he is from God, even to the point of saying he drives out demons in the name of the Satan (an absurd claim I think). But, I doubt that few of us, if Jesus were to physically show up in our lives, would find it easy to believe that he was of God either.     The Psalmists writes that the person who meditates on God’s Word will be blessed, or full of joy (NLT). Meditating on God’s Word day and night leads a person to become like a tree planted by streams of water. God’s law nourishes the soul just as water nourishes the tree. The person’s life will prosper and see fruit in season. When storms come (and they will), the tree will stand because it is firmly planted.
