  How is the prohibition of Moabites from the Assembly harmonized with David's lineage? How does the restriction in Deuteronomy 23:3 not apply to King David? Is it because Ruth was female, and heritage was passed down through the male gender? Is it because Ruth denounced her own people, and bound herself to Isreal through Naomi?   There appear to be four classifications of all flesh: 1. Fish - creatures that swim in the water. 2. Birds - creatures that fly through the air. 3. Beasts - creatures that are dry-land animals. 4.   I've often wondered what manna was like. Isn't it amazing that God will give to him who overcomes some of this miraculous bread that He has hidden away for that purpose. Maybe that will be included on the fare at the marriage supper of the Lamb. Maybe each seat at the table will have the white stone engraved with each guests unique name. Amazing. Read more »
