    I've always heard that you shouldn't question God, just do what he says when he says it. Right here is an instance where that proves to be false.     Why would God purposely harden Pharoah's heart like he did? I understand wanting to show his power by causing all of these events, but why continue long after Pharoah realizes that magic is not involved? It illustrates his control, but wouldn't Moses be the only one to know that (and he already believes)? Another thing- if God hardens hearts, then how do I know, when my heart is hardened, if it is...     Where there is faithfulness there is love. Where there is righteousness there is peace. The worlds definition of love and righteousness are distorted images of God's love and righteousness. Love does not lead to tabloid worthy disputes or divorces. Love does not lead to broken families with broken children. Righteousness does not lead to war because we have been wronged.
