    The amazing message of the Gospel can be summed up in this verse. Our sins have been wiped clean through the sacrifice of Christ. So many times we clutter up the message but it is that simple. The pentality for sin is death. Someone or something must die and pour out blood for our transgressions against God. Christ body was that ultimate sacrifice.     As I read the end of Chapter 8 in Hebrews a word continues to pop up and it has caught my eye [obsolete]. The writer of Hebrews is describing the Original Convent with Israel and the laws given to His people as they came out of Egypt. Now the New Convent is the blood of Christ. That the ultimate high priest came and sacrificed himself so that the old convent would no longer be needed - obsolete.... Read more »
