New: Plan Feedback in YouVersion Connect

Have you seen that you can rate Plans that you complete or stop in the Bible App? In the near future, you’ll see how people rate your Plans in YouVersion Connect! Imagine having a direct pulse on your content—that’s the heart behind this update.

Here’s how it works: 

When someone stops or completes your Plan, they’ll be asked to rate it, share about their experience, and whether they’d start another Plan from you. And, depending on their rating, they’ll be asked:

• What could’ve been improved (one, two, or three stars).
• What they liked most about your Plan (four or five stars).

You’ll see feedback in the Plans tab under Insights. Select a Plan to see the number of ratings, read feedback, and get a general pulse for how your content comes across.

Use this feedback to help make your content better and to inform internal stakeholders of how your ministry is impacting real people! And encourage your community to rate your Plans and help you continue to serve them well.
