The first Sunday of the month, January 5, was the #1 day in YouVersion history for both app installs and Bible engagement in the app. Not only that, but January 1 currently ranks as the #3 highest day in YouVersion history for app installs, with 12% more installs than last year’s New Year’s Day.
With millions of people engaging in God’s Word so far this year, January 1 was also the highest day of all time for Bible Plan subscriptions—up 18% compared to New Year’s Day of 2024. In fact, we’ve seen more than 3 million subscriptions to Plans that guide readers through the Bible in a year.
